The terms and conditions listed below clarify the contractual relationship between the buyer and the car-Bra Wiesbaden, hereinafter called seller.

1. Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded with the highest bidder Duch timescales specified in the Offer auction time (supply time).
For immediate purchase articles in the contract is concluded with acceptance of the Offer by the buyer.
If an item is set as "Display", the contract comes into existence only through the explicit declaration of acceptance by the seller.


2. Retention of title
The purchase remains subject to full payment of the seller's property.

3.Prices

The price of the purchased item includes VAT.
The shipping costs are not included in the price and are charged additionally. The amount of shipping costs is specified in each item based on the supply side. The VAT will be shown separately on the invoices.


4. Delivery and Payment

The shipping / handing over of goods are recognized only after payment of the purchase price by bank transfer. The processing time is 4 days after receipt of payment to our account.
Shipping is only in insured packets.
Delivery time: 2-3 business days (Germany) and 7-21 Worldwide.

5. Right of return
 
We guarantee a right of return within 14 days of unused goods. The return period is preserved by the timely sending of the goods (invoice date). The return is accepted by us only if it has sufficient postage.

6. Transfer of Risk
 
The risk is to send the goods by company "Car Bra" to the buyer.

7. Warranty

 Company "Auto-Bra" guarantees that the goods sold at the time of transfer of risk free from material and workmanship defects and the contractually assured characteristics.
Upon receipt, the customer must inspect the goods immediately for defects and quality. In the case of obvious defects, these must be reported within 14 days after discovery in writing to us, also hidden defects. Otherwise the guarantee for these defects. The warranty period is 24 months from delivery. With complaints the purchase date must be proven with an invoice. The complained article must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice, with sufficient postage, sent. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. The warranty expires if the customer changes the delivered goods .COMPANY "Car Bra" has during the warranty period, the right to free repair. A partial or complete exchange of the article is permissible. If deficiencies are not corrected within a reasonable period, the buyer is entitled to change or reduction. It applies § 476a BGB.
